Snug Harbor Cultural Center Investigation
SIPS first investigated the Snug Harbor Cultural Center in September of 2006.
We were granted access to buildings purportedly haunted including the Governor's House, the Matron's House, Cottage 3, the Veteran's Hall, E building and the Music Hall. We began our overnight investigation in the early evening and spent a few hours at each location.
It has come to our attention that another group is claiming to have been the first group to have investigated a location in Snug Harbor in 2009. We were first there in 2006 and have been back many, many times. We even led Haunted Tours there from 2006-2008. We just want to set the record straight...

This photo was taken outside of the Governor's House. Some residents of Snug Harbor's buildings were telling us stories of their experiences. Investigator Kristi took this photo.

This photo was taken outside of the Governor's House looking up at the stairs before we entered. It seems odd to us that only the stairs are slightly out of focus. Obviously, the stairs were not moving!
